1 Acceptance of Terms

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jl975 may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on jl975. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. jl975 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your jl975 username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

jl975 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from jl975 that requests your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

jl975 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱) via approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

All funds deposited into your jl975 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jl975 reserves the right to reverse any deposit and suspend any account where third-party funding is suspected.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

General bonus rules applicable to all jl975 promotions include:

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.

• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.

• Exploiting any bug, glitch, or error in the Platform for financial gain.

jl975 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to report such conduct to the relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jl975 Platform — including but not limited to the jl975 brand name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of jl975 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl975 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jl975 content without prior written consent.
• Use the jl975 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Create derivative works based on any jl975 content.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl975 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

jl975 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In no event shall jl975's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl975 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

jl975 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering on jl975, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jl975 implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and secure data storage, to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and jl975 cannot guarantee absolute security.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

jl975 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by you or on your behalf.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Your continued use of the jl975 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
